First, I weight myselfe. After that, I use a machine. I set it goal cource.
As soon as I walk, I sweat a little. After 30minites, I swaet much. However, I feel good. Sweating reminds me of my high school life. I excercise everyday in my high school students.
After finishing, I weight myself again, so my weigth lose! I am happy. I hope I excercise every day. (121w)
