This story is fantastic. The main character is Clara. The day is Christmas Eve. She got a present from her godfather. It is a wooden nutcracker doll, dressed like a soldier. She was asleep under the Christmas tree. When she wake up, she was shrinking! She was as small as a mouse. The doll protect her from mice. The doll has a lot of troops. They attacked a lot of mice. They won barely. After that they go to a forest to meet Ice Queen. She take them into icy palace. They enjoyed eating and dancing. After that, they went to the land of sweets. They ate a lot of sweets. Clara was so happy. When she wake up, she returned. But it was not dream because she saw a message. It was from the doll.
This book is so interesting for me. Clara was especially cute. I want to go to the world like this but I do not want to feel scary.
