Do you know this? This is Sushi of mackerel. We call this, “Shime-saba” The mackerel souse in vinegar and kombu. This is meal peculiar to Japan, it is so good!! Moreover, the rice of vinegar likes glutinous rice and those are getting along well!!
Today, the market is held in Kumamoto Hanshin. My father went to there from early morning because my mother said “You buy those things tomorrow, please” …. My mother is very heavy!www I couldn’t weak up but my father followed my mother’s words…. We can’t overcome to my mother!www we ate to one’s heart’s content! Thanks father!!
