In Tamana in which I live, there is a shop called Black Box, clothing store. I used to go there and talk with my friends who also used to. It is the community that I’m going to write below. The community is my pleasure because the members of the community are so nice to me. I really love to being and talking with them.

My high school was in Tamana, and I took a train between Nagasu in which I live and Tamana. The shop, Black Box, is located near by Tamana station and my high school, so I passed in front of the shop every week days. Someday my friend took me to there, and told me about the clerk of there. The shop clerk was kind to me and peoples who was at there were also kind to me. I was really happy to make friends with them and talk with them.

After then, I haunt there to meet my friends and to make new friends. There were my friends and sometimes there were new people like me, the first time that I went there. Now I am a member of the Black Box Community, and people in the community is really good for me. They make me so happy, and sometimes they help me. It is the precious one for me.

We often get together at the shop and chat about anything, sometimes it’s really funny things and sometimes serious things. We talk about anything inside our heart, so we’re like a family I think. This community, tight relationship is very important for me to keep my life so nice. And then after the closure, we usually have a drink or dinner somewhere.

We have a party off and on of someone’s birthday, passage of the test, or something. Last week, there was the day of my friend, who is of course a member of the community. We made the present for her and gave it at the birthday party. She didn’t know about the party, so was really surprised about it. We were also happy to make her happy. It was the nice time to make the relationship more tightly.

Beyond the party, we go to picnics under the cherry blossoms, gigs which the community members acting, driving, and so on. I want to tell especially about gigs of my friend. They playing the guitar, the drums and the bass and often play it in front of the people at the live house. Some of them belong to really famous band in Kumamoto. They can act so cool at the stage, and it is really fun to being in the live house. I don’t play at the stage, but I can enjoy the gigs.

In my community, there are many people who are really sweet to me and each of them is so nice. I really happy to being with them and join the community. Do you have any communities which make you happy? I think it is so nice for us to have such communities and it helps us to live happily. If you don’t join any communities, you can find something from now on.

My Family

I watched a funny movie titled Mrs. Doubtfire. Watching this movie, I thought about my family a lot. This movie was made me laugh and little cry because I thought of myself. Before I hate my family to talk or being with them, but now I can say that I love my family. That’s because I changed my mind. I realized that I can be relaxed being with my family and they make me happy.

First I thought about my family, my father, my mother, two older sisters and brothers, and one younger brother. Sometime I don’t like my family because of strictness, especially my father. He’s strict and usually his opinion and my opinion is not the same. I often dislike his way of thinking, so I can’t help saying to him strongly. My father doesn’t like it, and he angry at it. We often fight each other.

Fighting each other, we can be little closer. It’s very little, but it’s okay I think. Saying nothing is not good. I think I have to say something to him to understand me. I want him to know about me. He is my father however it’s not true that he knows about me everything. We have to talk about anything when we want someone to understand ourselves.

It was true that I hated my family because of his strictness as I told. He’s too strict, so I didn’t do anything that I wanted to do. That was no fun and I couldn’t enjoy my life. I thought that it was my father’s fault. I thought “Without my father, I can enjoy! I can do anything I want!” But it was not right. Sometimes he’s too strict but he can understand me as talking each other.

So now I really like my family of course include my father. My mother usually listen to me and very sweet. When I want to tell something to my father, I ask to her be forehead. She gives me good advices. And then my little brother helps me, so I really like to talk with him. Every family member is sweet to me. Now I know my father loves us like Mrs. Doubtfire. He does things that we don’t usually do to be with his family. He just wanted to be with his son and his daughter.

Next I thought about my I often feel frustration when I think about my school life, future and so on. It's not every time that everything's going well, maybe everyone's so. I don't think that I'm the only person who feels frustration.

When I feel frustration, I do something, for example, listening to music with candles. I heard that looking at the fire, we feel relaxed. I know that's true. I like listening to music with fire. I can be really relaxed because of the fire and good music. Taking nap is also good when I feel frustrated. As I sleeping, I don't think about anything at all. I can forget about bad thing that means change my mind towards good thing.

I think fighting with frustration is important for us to develop our mind. We have to learn from not only good things but also bad things. So I think how to face to frustration is important.

In this movie, Mrs. Doubtfire has no way to meet with his son and daughters without to work as a housekeeper. Being a housekeeper was an only thing that he could do. If I was he, I would be depressed and nervous. I think I couldn’t do anything at all. He behaved like an idiot, but that’s great I think. Fighting with frustration is really hard but we have to like Mrs. Doubtfire.

I was really happy to watch this movie. First I thought it was just a comedy movie, but it was not true. I really like this movie, sometime it’s funny but sometime it’s serious. Without laughing, you can’t watch this movie. I want you to watch it.

About Frustration

I often feel frustrated when I think about my family, friend, future and so on. It's not every time that everything's going well. Maybe everyone's so. I don't think that I'm the only person who feel so frustrated.

When I feel so frustrated, I do something. For example, listening to music with candles. I heard that looking at the fire, we feel relaxed. I know that's true. I like listening to muic with fire. I can really relaxed because of the fire and good music. Taking nap is also good when I feel frustrated. As I sleeping, I don't think about anything at all. I can forget about bad thing, that means change my mind towards good thing.

I think fighting with frustration is important for us to develop our mind. We have to learn from not only good things but also band things. So how to face to frustration is impirtant I think.

About Family

What I think about family is... I think family is a very important part of life. My family members are my father, my mother, two older sisters and brothers, and one younger brother. Sometime I don't like my family because of strictness, especially my father. He's strict and usually his opinion and my opinion is not the same. I often dislike his way of thinking. But it's not every time. He's sweet and my mother is so.

And then I like to talk with my sisiter and brother. Especially with my younger brother. He is 17 years old and he's a high school student now. Talking with him is really fun and I have many things that I want to tell him.

BR2-01 All About the Titanic

I read a book titled Titanic. Titanic is the name of the famous ship as you know. The story is not like a movie which directed by James Cameron. This book tells me the truth of the Titanic. I think it's not a story book but a fact story. It was great however it was not so dramatic like the movie. Now I'll tell you the truth of the Titanic a little bit.

The Titanic was found in 1985 by some French and American sailors when they were in North Atlantic. It was under the sea so deep, 3810meters, and fish went in and out of its windows. The ship was very big and old. The ship went from Southampton, in England, to Cork, in Ireland in 1912. There were 2207 people on the ship. She was the biggest ship in the world and she was so beautiful. She could go at 46 kilometers an hour. So it was one of the fastest ships in the world.

The rooms for the first class passengers were like rooms of n expensive hotel. Maybe you know from the movie what the room look like. These rooms could be used by very rich peoples. And there was a beautiful restaurant and there were many other rooms for the first class passengers. The first class passengers did not to try to talk with third class passengers who were not rich. They had small rooms.

First four days the Titanic was on a good way. But thing was happened. Two sailors looked out at the sea and found an iceberg. It was very big and white and it came to closer in front of the ship. But the ship was too fast to avert it. Slowly the ship and the iceberg went along and finally they crashed with a notice. Some passengers came out and saw the iceberg, but they didn't think it was important. They laughed and said "Let's put it in our drinks!"

As you know Titanic was a greatest ship then. It was said that Titanic can never sink. And people believed it. Titanic has sixteen compartments. Compartment is like rooms to keep the ship safe. Because of it, if the water comes into the ship the water can’t move on to other compartment. Like a fire shutter. Can you guess what it is? Anyway because of it, people thought that the ship could never sink. But at that time, the water came into the compartment 5 already. Thomas Andrews who designed the Titanic told the captain of the Titanic about the ship was going to sink despite it had compartments. The captain said “You said that the ship can’t sink!” then Thomas said “The Titanic is safe with water in three of her compartments” At that time the water had already come into compartment 5. That was too late. They decided to stop the ship and call the help. Fortunately, there was the ship named Californian near the Titanic, about 16 kilometers away. Nevertheless the Californian didn’t come and help the Titanic because they stopped and all people in the ship was fell asleep even the radio officer who receive the massage from other ships. Nobody helped the Titanic at that night.

The ship was sinking while they call the help. The Titanic had twenty lifeboats. These boats could carry only 1178 people in spite of there were 2207 people on the ship. Nearly half of the people were going to die to be in the sea. The Titanic’s officers helped the passengers especially women and children. They could on the boat priority.

There were peoples who didn’t want to get on the boat because they didn’t want say goodbye to their husband. There were some people who decided to get on the boat and stay in the ship, die. And one rich old man decided to play music to make all people in the ship happy. He said “Now we are ready to die” and his friend did and played music together. The captain talked to the sailors “The ship is going down, you can do no more” The designer of the Titanic said nothing then. He couldn’t say anything maybe.

Gradually the front of the ship went down and the back of the ship went up into the air. Can you guess what did it look like? I think that was the worst sight. Some people went into the sea and the people in the boats watched it. Finally the ship went under the water. There’s nothing. One boat’s officer wanted to help people in the sea, but there were few peoples who were alive. Almost people died already.

The sun rose, then the Carpathia which was 92 kilometer away from the Titanic was come to help. It was too late. The reason why the Titanic sank and many people died was revealed. That was… The captain went too fast at night near the icebergs. The Titanic didn’t have lifeboats for all the passengers. The Californian’s radio officer went to bed early. So today, ships have to listen to the radio all the time even at the night. And ships have lifeboats for all passengers. Then aero planes watch the ice and tell ships about the icebergs.

Now you know very well about the Titanic. What do you think about it? Before I thought that the Titanic was so old ship and it was found long time ago. But it wasn’t. It was found in 1985, only three years before I was born. Now I’m really interested in the Titanic. I can know about it through the internet. I’ll try to find out more about her.
